Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RMS platform provided by ZafTech ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

RMS is a cloud-based restaurant management system that provides tools for table management, order processing, billing, inventory tracking, staff scheduling, and business analytics. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and is accessible via web browser and supported mobile devices.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ZafTech immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ZafTech reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are billed on a monthly basis in advance. Current plans are Starter (2,000 ETB/mo), Growth (5,000 ETB/mo), and Chain (10,000+ ETB/mo). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. ZafTech reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to: (a) engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices; (b) transmit any harmful or offensive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZafTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZafTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. ZafTech's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. ZafTech may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

10. Changes to Terms

ZafTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
